Found in the FAQ part of the Fridgidaire website… a list of possible problems and solutions if your stove isnt working…

Entire range does not operate.

* Cord/plug not installed and/or connected.
Not supplied with range. Contact your dealer, installing agent, or service.
* Cord/plug not plugged into wall/floor receptacle.
Make sure it is plugged tightly into outlet.
* House fuse blown or a circuit breaker tripped.
Check/reset circuit breaker and/or replace fuse. Do not increase fuse capacity. If the problem is circuit overload, have corrected by a qualified Electrician.
* Power outage. Check house lights.
Call local electric company.
* Short in cord/plug.
Replace cord/plug.

haha. I like the 4th one — the power is out ! DOH!
